★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es una grata experiencia tomar el transporte desde o hacia el aeropuerto con ADO. Sus dos opciones son más que suficientes para ir al aeropuerto o a cualquiera de las ciudades, ya sea Cancún o Playa del Carmen. Por experiencia en mis viajes a lo largo de varios años puedo decir que en Quintana Roo tienen buena logística para conectar el aeropuerto con las ciudades, incluyendo una ventanilla con prioridad para compra de boletos, cosa que no sucede en otras ciudades donde tienen una infraestructura grande pero no cuentan con esos servicios. El inconveniente que veo en los servicios de Cancún son que hay vuelos que llegan cerca de la media noche pero los servicios de ado terminan un poco antes. El otro inconveniente es, en ocasiones, hay personal muy prepotente y tratan mal al pasajero, y por eso ha habido momentos en los que opto mejor por tomar otras opciones. Como en esta última ocasión que viajé hacia Cancún, ya había comprado el boleto de ADO pero en la parte de afuera hay que hacer fila, y sólo por preguntar a un sujeto que estaba en el módulo se puso de un carácter pesado y prepotente, fueron más amables otros trabajadores que estaban cerca y me ayudaron con la duda que tenía. Así que, ante todo felicidades ADO, en general el servicio es muy recomendable.
It is always a pleasant experience to take transportation to or from the airport with ADO. Your two options are more than enough to go to the airport or to any of the cities, be it Cancun or Playa del Carmen. From experience in my travels over several years, I can say that in Quintana Roo they have good logistics to connect the airport with the cities, including a window with priority to buy tickets, which does not happen in other cities where they have a large infrastructure but they do not have those services. The drawback that I see in the Cancun services is that there are flights that arrive around midnight but the ado services end a little earlier. The other drawback is, sometimes, there are very arrogant staff and they treat the passenger badly, and that is why there have been times when I choose better to take other options. As on this last occasion when I traveled to Cancun, I had already bought the ADO ticket but outside you have to queue, and just for asking a subject who was in the module he became heavy and arrogant, they were Friendliest other workers who were close by and helped me with any questions I had. So, first of all congratulations ADO, in general the service is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy tickets at the offices INSIDE airport. Go outside to the station and buy in cash at ticket office there. Outside they di not follow reservation system, so you will hop into the next bus, not 3rd or 4th if will buy inside.

? There's an ADO bus station at each terminal. Most likely, the ADO kiosk in your terminal will be at the end of the gauntlet of private drivers and taxis trying to get your business.
The buses are air conditioned, clean and comfortable seats, have outlets to charge your devices, and they play a movie during the trip.
