★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de una hora esperando el transporte anunciado a las 19:25 sin explicación ni disculpa alguna. Jamás utilice el servicio "siempre de primera" de ADO. Evítelo como a la peste.
More than an hour waiting for the transport announced at 7:25 pm with no explanation or apology. Never use ADO's "always top" service. Avoid it like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una terminal muy cómoda, esta muy cercana a la salida de la ciudad por lo que las entradas y las salidas suelen ser muy rápidas. Fuera de la terminal puedes tomar taxi de sitio, si lo que ocupas es uber puedes tomarlo en otro punto cercano.
A very comfortable terminal, it is very close to the exit of the city so that the entrances and exits are usually very fast. Outside the terminal you can take a taxi from the place, if what you occupy is uber you can take it at another nearby point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es de las peores, en taquilla no son lentos lo que le sigue, me han dejado inumerables autobuses en la fila por que han tardado hasta 30 minutos en venderme un boleto, uso ado por que no hay otro pero si pudiera jamas iria al ado campeche. No soy de las personas que se quejan pero en verdad es que tienen un mal servicio. Lentos!!!
The attention is one of the worst, what follows is not slow at the box office, they have left me countless buses in line because they have taken up to 30 minutes to sell me a ticket, I use it because there is no other but if I could I would never go to the adored campeche. I am not one of the people to complain but in truth it is that they have a bad service. Slow !!!

O no quieren pagar personal!! o simplemente no se les da la gana de contestar el teléfono!! que solo lo tienen de adorno! Malísimo!!!
I am dialing to request information about schedules and prices and nothing! I am dialing to book a ticket and nothing! I think the service you give is very bad! Or do not want to pay staff! or they just don't feel like answering the phone !! They only have it as an ornament! Lousy!!!

Fui al baño y al ver que no había papel, me dirigí a una oficina (la de la foto) donde había un tipo en un escritorio y tenía un rollo de papel en el escritorio. Le pedí que me diera un poco y me dijo que debía pedirselo al vigilante (háganme el favor); el vigilante me dijo que los encargados de limpieza no habían puesto papel aún y no sé qué más cosas que no me resolvían el problema. Terminé comprando klinex en la tienda. ¡Menos mal que hay tienda! Pero me perece pésimo y una falta de atención.
A horrendous terminal when passing through.
I went to the bathroom and seeing that there was no paper, I went to an office (the one in the photo) where there was a guy at a desk and he had a roll of paper on the desk. I asked him to give me some and he told me that I should ask the guard (do me a favor); the guard told me that the cleaners hadn't put paper in yet and I don't know what else to do that didn't solve the problem for me. I ended up buying klinex from the store. Luckily there is a shop! But I seem lousy and inattentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of seats available, some without arm rests so a few people were sleeping past 11pm. It felt safe and well lit. There was a security guard who was very helpful, making sure we felt safe and made sure we got the right bus.
There is an accessible washroom on the main floor and other washrooms upstairs. They were pretty gross though and you had to pay 6 pesos.
The departure screens only show buses leaving soon so if you’re there early your bus may not be shown.
