I DEMAND MY DISCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL BE INFORMED WITH WHOM I SHOULD GO WHEN BUYING MY ROUND TICKET ....... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya deberían renovar la sala de espera y hacer algo con el tráfico que genera por la cantidad de viajes que hay. También deberían haber más destinos por platino, sólo hay para la ciudad de México.
They should already renew the waiting room and do something with the traffic generated by the amount of trips there are. There should also be more destinations for platinum, there is only for Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, muy seguros sus autobuses, y en general muy cómodos, les sugeriría que los tomacorrientes para recargar aparatos estuvieran mejor ubicados es decir más accesibles.

Una persona se me acercó, me estaba cobrando más caro y sacando del estacionamiento a tomar su taxi.
La taquilla oficial de taxis seguros está saliendo de la terminal y bajando una rampa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirve llegar temprano. Si solo ponen un solo cajero. Mientras esperas en la fila el autobus se va y tienes que esperar al próximo. Pésimo servicio. Y si te mandan al correo el boleto luego no llega lo mismo si pagas con tarjeta en la página de ado.
There is no use arriving early. If they only put a single ATM. While you wait in line the bus leaves and you have to wait for the next one. Terrible service. And if they send you the ticket in the mail, then it does not arrive the same if you pay with a card on the ado page.
