★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es muy pequeña. Sólo hay dos personas para atender, por lo cual es un poco tardado. Aunque son amables, y hay vigilancia. Vende boletos de ADO pero con un cargo extra. También paquetes de vacaciones, hotel y autobús. En éste caso no hay cargos extra y los precios son económicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No devuelven dinero incluso en casos de fuerza mayor, por la pandemia y el lugar es muy pequeño, las personas tardan en atender y su sistema según está lento, cerraron la sucursal y en Taxqueña no responden no se hacen responsables de los apartados.
