He tenido muy diversas experiencias con el servicio, en anteriores veces me tocó una chica que no era muy cortés ni amable, pero en las últimas veces que he ido a comprar ahí he recibido un servicio muy atento y amable por parte de la vendedora nueva.
Personally I recommend buying tickets in advance and what they usually offer discounts on certain routes. I have had many different experiences with the service, in previous times I had a girl who was not very polite or friendly, but in the last few times that I went to buy there I received a very attentive and kind service from the new saleswoman.
