Los autobuses siempre salen con demora mi autobús dalia a las 9:15 AM y estamos saliendo a las 9:35, hay una srita en taquilla que tiene una pésima actitud, te atiende de mala gana y si vas a pagar con tarjeta ella te dice en qué horario te vas. Que lastima que vaya decayendo el servicio

hoy usé ADO de pachuca a cdmx y el servicio por parte de los que atienden es el peor trato que he recibido, desde el que vende los boletos súper malhumorado, y cuando es la hora de a bordar se ponen a revisar uno por uno de los pasajeros, te revisan de una manera invasiva como si fuéramos delincuentes, abren todas las bolsas de tu equipaje y meten mano hasta el ultimo rincón, olvidan que somos clientes que pagamos por "un buen servicio" no para que nos trae como si fuéramos a robar, y después de pasar sus "filtros de seguridad" y de tratarte mal, sale muy retrasado el autobús. NO LO RECOMIENDO Y DIFICILMENTE LO VOLVERIA A USAR. ?

El personal es extremadamente hostil e intransigente. Mi documento de viaje extranjero fue rechazado sin ninguna razón, no pude comprar ningún billete. Le insto a que capacite a su personal en este sentido y a que lo reemplace si persiste su incapacidad.

ADO una de las mejores opciones para viajar, nunca había tenido problemas sin embargo este fin de semana no me permitían viajar, recientemente perdi mi credencial y teléfono, pero tengo mi credencial de la escuela y aun asi no me dejaban pese que de ida si lo hicieron, que incongruencia, mientras en la terminal de la CDMX amablemente me permitieron viajar con la de la escuela los de pachuca no me dejaban regresar, después de mucha exigencia me lo permitieron, tuve que regresar al lugar donde me hospede para buscar el boleto que diera validez que un dia antes me había permitido viajar, y como si no fuera suficiente me dieron boletos a una terminal que no pedí... tardaron en cambiarlos aunque no querían y que pasa ya con calma busco los requisitos para viajar y resulta que mi credencial de la escuela si estaba permitida... enserio? mal muy mal servicio espero que den poco de atención a sus empleados porque si ellos estan bien el servicio tambien lo sera.

Llegue a las 17:15, salía un autobús a las 17:30, hice fila 20minutos, solo había dos personas vendiendo billetes y ya no se podían comprar por Internet, había dos personas que trabajan ahí sin hacer absolutamente nada, les pedí si podían vender el boleto pues me urgía y la cola era demasiado larga y me dijeron que no, no fue hasta pasadas las 17:30 que estos se pusieron a trabajar, estas cosas solo suceden en México, por desgracia; finalmente me fui en Futura, al menos no está tan culera como ADO. El trato por parte del personal de ADO es realmente pésimo y no se esfuerzan para nada en hacer su trabajo.

La mejor empresa de autobuses en México. Siempre listos y siempre ahí. Cuentan con un super servicio de lujo y lo mejor es que actualmente están renovando sus vehículos. Los chóferes y personal de taquilla son super amables y refinados. Sus precios son justos y sin duda totalmente recomendable viajar con ellos.
