ADO is very over priced. I suggest using Omnibus de México. Much cheaper and more comfortable!

Platino is ADO's expensivest line. Service considered DLX. The waiting room is exclusive and very comfortable. Only you can enter after showing your ticket. When inside you can grab a coffee before your departure time, charge your phone's battery, navigate using open WiFi networks and use clean toilets for free. Best way to travel if you have extra cash. Well worth it specially when travelling at night. Spacious & safe. Waiting room has seats where you can sleep on (kinda) and big screen TV's, free newspapers magazines and clean restroom.

Good comfortable service from Xalapa to CDMX but they did not provide a snack which I thought was included.

They never answer the phone! I just couldn't reserve seats. For some reason their electronic service it's worse. Am sorry ADO! I had to find another person to physically get my tickets anyway!
