★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very loud because every seat has a speaker that plays the broadcasted dubbed movies for the entire journey. Also, more seats but only one washroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buses I took were fine and safe, but they play music all night and I wish they didn't. Worse is every time they start playing movies at 630am. VERY LOUDLY. Its absurd how loud they play these movies so early in the morning when people are still trying to sleep, considering how difficult sleep comes on a bus. We don't need an ear piercing static-y wake up call 3 hrs early!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow has the ADO station become modernized. You can buy snacks, food before you get on the bus. Tickets bought online are scanned when boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most ignorant bus operator that I've ever experienced. No one wants to listen to a loud Tv, period. Especially not for 8 hrs straight. Not even ear plugs and head phones could domir. Why make people unconfortable on a service. The temperature also got down to 18 degrees celcious.. I think we all froze on that particulat night.
I would find another bus company that has your comfort in mind. I will never travel with them again. 3 times is too much.
