★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La remodelacion de la terminal quedó muy bien. Lo único que puedo decir negativamente es que todos los baños son de paga. Y el estacionamiento es limitado. Las zonas de espera igual son limitadas. Pero en sí quedo muy bien, y se agradece que hayan restaurado toda la manzana con construcciones tan antiguas. Muy bien!
The remodeling of the terminal was very good. The only thing I can say negatively is that all the bathrooms are paid. And parking is limited. Waiting areas are still limited. But in itself it was very good, and it is appreciated that they have restored the entire block with such old constructions. Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sepan que si van a viajar con ADO no les importa en lo más mínimo la seguridad de los pasajeros. No hay medidas sanitarias, en el camión vienen 18 personas de pie y sin cubrebocas (aún faltan 2 horas de camino)
Ni siquiera debería permitirse que se suban más persons si ya no hay asientos libres y el chofer no deja de subir gente en las paradas a pesar de claramente rebasamos el límite de cupo por mucho!!!
No me volveré a subir a un camión de estos y definitivamente JAMÁS RECOMENDARÍA ADO.
Know that if you are traveling with ADO they do not care in the least about the safety of the passengers. There are no sanitary measures, 18 people are standing in the truck without masks (there are still 2 hours to go)
Even more people should not be allowed to get on if there are no more seats available and the driver does not stop loading people at the stops despite clearly exceeding the capacity limit by far !!!
I will never get on one of these trucks again and I would definitely NEVER RECOMMEND ADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, pero deberían darle mantenimiento a sus ductos de aire acondicionado porque hay goteras dentro de la sala de espera, y se termina embarrando con el caminar constante de la gente, también deberían tener el estacionamiento más accesible ya que el de enfrente es para abordar o bajar rápido, y muchas personas no conocen el que está atrás (que no es nada accesible).
Good location, but they should maintain their air conditioning ducts because there are leaks inside the waiting room, and it ends up getting muddy with the constant walking of people, they should also have the most accessible parking since the one in front is for boarding or go down fast, and many people do not know the one behind (which is not accessible at all).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después del re diseño arquitectónico que tuvo, esta terminal es un espacio agradable para salir o llegar a Mérida. Está muy cerca de el parque de San Juan y con varios hoteles baratos al rededor.
After the architectural redesign that it had, this terminal is a pleasant space to leave or arrive in Mérida. It is very close to the San Juan park and with several cheap hotels around it.

Suele haber mucha gente, recomiendo llegar temprano para comprar los boletos. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, y los autobuses se encuentran en buen estado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a major improvement over the old CAME station. The terminal is clean and modern with lots of natural light and waiting rooms with a few places to buy snacks. Buying tickets is easy and if you purchase online or via the app you can save a few pesos
