Cumple su objetivo como sala de espera. La mayoría de los autobuses son de paso.
Tiene ventiladores de techo, una tienda con productos básicos como refrescos, botanas, etc. Las bancas de madera incomodas. En fin, una estación de autobuses sencilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor qué esta en la taquilla se demora mucho en vender los boletos si la chica esta guapa le empieza a hacer platica y no se apura y si alguien le reclama se enoja y culpa al sistema y ya cuando es el turno de la otra persona rápido cobra. Los baños están sucios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion por parte del personal y muy mal servicio por parte tambien de la linea ADO apenas compre un boleto para viajar de Papantla a la CDMX central del norte el autobus nunca llego a la hora indicada y marcada en el boleto perdi mas de cuatro horas y nadie me dio una respuesta ni tampoco me dio una solucion me tuve que trasaldar a la central de Poza Rica y viajar por Omnibus de Mexico logicamente nadie de ADO se quiso hacer responsable del remmbolso del boleto pesimo servio .y muy mala atencion.
Very bad attention from the staff and very bad service from the ADO line as soon as I bought a ticket to travel from Papantla to the north central CDMX the bus never arrived at the indicated time and marked on the ticket I lost more than four hours and no one gave me an answer nor did they give me a solution. I had to transfer to the Poza Rica central and travel by Omnibus de México. Logically, no one from ADO wanted to be responsible for the reimbursement of the ticket. Terrible service. And very bad attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 3 estrellas porque pues sus instalaciones son agradables, pero el personal se seguridad y de atención dan pésimo servicio, deberían ser más amables ya que deja mucho de que hablar por la zona (que aún que es pequeña es concurrida por su atractivo turístico), la chica que atiende la establecimiento que se encuentra dentro dónde puedes comprar algún souvenir o algún aperitivo o bebida, es muy amable y simpática, ella si brinda buena atención.
Sugiero que deben tener mayor atención para el área de equipaje y en general.
I give it 3 stars because its facilities are nice, but the security and attention staff give terrible service, they should be more friendly since it leaves a lot to talk about in the area (which even though it is small is crowded due to its tourist attraction) , the girl who attends the establishment that is inside where you can buy a souvenir or an aperitif or drink, is very kind and friendly, she does provide good attention.
I suggest that they should pay more attention to the luggage area and in general.
