★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Terminal” is maybe a bit of an overstatement for this place, but there is an information desk that is actually very helpful. ADO is a reliable bus service in Quintana Roo and although it’s a bit more expensive than the colectivos, it’s comfortable, safe and pretty fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Puerto Morelos a lot and though basic the ADO terminal has what is needed. It not only serves ADO, many smaller shuttles stop here. Round the corner is the local collectivo stop. If you’re staying in an Air BnB or down by the beach, the collectivos are cheaper than a taxi and run every ten to 15 minutes. Though taxis are also really cheap and if you are a group or have a lot of luggage are a better option. If you have to wait for a bus there is a 7-11 or oxxo across the road and if you’re just arriving the super chedraui supermarket is also located here, where the bus drops you off.
