J	Joy Valerie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google prompted me to rate this and I mean it’s a bus terminal. So I guess sure let’s rate it. So tips . If you wanna get to the airport you can pay $200mx pesos to the taxis that are by and get dropped off right at your terminal instead . If you wanna get back go online and get a better deal if not it’s $249 from Cancun airport
F	Flora Kozma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful system for announcing departures, announcements come though tinny, muffled speakers that you can't understand. Had to ask at least 5 people where our bus was, nobody knew anything and weren't especially helpful. Asked a driver in the end who acted annoyed we were asking a simple question. Showed him the ticket but he kept shaking his head and mumbling so we couldn't understand him - got on the bus in the end with no guarantee it was going to the right place. Absolute chaos!
C	Chris Bishop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ado bus was the most comfortable ride to / from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. It was only $10/ticket, buses departed and arrived as scheduled, clean, AC, working bathroom, and tv's playing a movie. We didn't put any luggage under the bus but we put our carry on in an overhead compartment. Supposedly taxi's were going to Cancun airport for $10 total if you're a small group but the bus was very spacious. Also if you could buy your ticket before hand on their website would be best or go a little early to buy your ticket in time.
E	Ellen Watters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly un-organized station. Booked bus tickets from Playa Del Carmen to Cancun City and arrived 40 minutes before departure, and our bus never came. Was told it was coming 10 minutes past it’s scheduled arrival, then told it already left (it hadn’t, we were watching every bus and constantly asking attendants who had no interest in trying to help us). Have met multiple stranded travellers with similar experiences who also have an uphill battle trying to get help from anyone.
A	Anne Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small security Guy kept blocking the entrance to feel important. Almost escalatied. Fire this poor ego Guy. Bus to the airport was not on time. Several wrong instructiions by busdriver where the bus would leave from.

S	Sofi Mohr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small bus terminal. Catched a few buses from here, always on time. ADOs are always clean and punctual from my experience. No reason to buy tickets here in person as buying online costs the same and saves you a trip.

The coaches are very comfortable, free wifi is available and a USB port is available over each row, patron must bring their own charge cords. Seats are very comfortable. A clean toilet is available for use. $12.65 for one-way ticket from Playa del Carmen to Aeroporte in Cancun. I witnessed a lot of American and Canadian tourists arriving by ADO. There's a major taxi station across the street from ADO.... I will use this service in the future if I don't rent a car.
