★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha gente parada, acalorada, cansada y no tienen en dónde sentarlos. En meses de mucho calor como abril (que es el mes en que me toca viajar). La gente amontonada súper acalorada, hasta de malas. Mal servicio de ADO.
Malísimo control de los pasajeros; gente entra por el estacionamiento de los autobuses para abordar corriendo, un vehículo que vaya saliendo o llegando puede atropellar un peatón, hay seguridad pero no controlan esto.
 Many people standing, hot, tired and have nowhere to sit. In very hot months like April (which is the month in which I have to travel). People crowded super heated, even bad. Bad service from ADO.
Terrible passenger control; people enter through the bus parking lot to board running, a vehicle that is leaving or arriving can run over a pedestrian, there is security but they do not control this.

This is the first time I give an enterprise 1 star and ADO deserves it!
The driver who checks the ticket knows NO politeness- simply rude.. almost treated customer like an animal.. and checks the tickets & iD..
And just coz you have a different skin, he returned back into the bus again to check my documents physically which is fine..
and another gentleman walks in to the bus, walks you out, and do the same all over again.. I was surrounded by 6 guys and treated like a convict.
All this would unfold in front of 50 fellow passengers..
There was never a sorry or please or thanks during the entire process!
ADO, I know Mexico & Mexicans very well and I can say you are not representing the country with all the arrogance shown!
Better teach your employees the difference between being firm and rude!!!
