★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien va mejorando poco a poco, ya cuenta con autobuses de primera clase, con ADO y ADO conecta hacia Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum y Valladolid espero que agreguen más rutas hace falta una para Mérida. Si compras tu boleto con anticipación en la aplicación o en la página de ADO te pueden hacer descuento. Les recomiendo consultar horarios en la página o en la aplicación de ADO ya que estos pueden cambiar.
 Very well it is improving little by little, it already has first class buses, with ADO and ADO connecting to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Valladolid I hope they add more routes, one is needed for Mérida. If you buy your ticket in advance in the application or on the ADO page you can get a discount. I recommend checking schedules on the page or in the ADO application as these may change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un boleto con un horario con las prisas guarde el boleto y al sacarlo para abordar al día siguiente no me dejaron le dije que lo pedí para la tarde y no me dieron ninguna solución o apoyo por parte de ellos para reponer o comprar otro boleto fue un rotundo NO! Y muy mal trato no habia ningún encargado o gerente ?????
I asked for a ticket with a schedule in a hurry I kept the ticket and when I took it out to board the next day they did not let me tell him that I asked for it for the afternoon and they did not give me any solution or support from them to replace or buy another ticket it was a resounding NO!
