★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When going night bus to Palenque you have to go out from the bus here for half an hour. It's the second time they wake you up on the route so it means you are not able to sleep on the night bus because they wake you up every few hours. Completely senseless and uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel I am being treated very well for having missed today's bus and being stuck at the station until tomorrow. Ado bus I am now taking for the second time due to how pleasant my first experience was. But here today Ado showed just how much they care about you as a coustomer. As an American you need to be careful here in Mexico but when I informed sucerity I thought I was being watched they quickly relocated me so they could keep an eye on me and themselves in between any attackers and myself. Never have I felt more important in the eyes of a company. For comfort and safety go Ado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible buses are fine service is completely useless. The website doesn't accept cards, just shows an error. So you arrive 1 hour before the bus and they won't sell you a ticket!! Unbelievable. Nobody to talk to, completely unreasonable and just plain dumb. They tell you to go to the website where there is a cash option but of course, not an option where you can pay in the bus station - only miles away!
