★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no revisan a las personas que viajan que traigan su ine, me tocó en una ocasión que en un viaje de Xalapa para Álamo en la medianoche, abordaron personas centroamericanas y que en una revisión en un retén del INM, al detectar que no tenían identificación el oficial les pidió que descendieran de la unidad...pero a los pocos minutos volvieron a subir por instrucciones de su superior (ahí dando una clara muestra de corrupción por parte del superior), después al continuar el viaje, un semaforo antes de llegar a la terminal de Poza Rica, el conductor indebidamente bajó a los centroamericanos (que eran como 20 aproximadamente) y llegó a la terminal como si nada hubiera pasado. Esto también pone en riesgo a las demás personas que viajamos en el mismo autobus.
 They no longer check the people who travel who bring their ine, it happened to me on one occasion that on a trip from Xalapa to Álamo at midnight, they approached Central American people and that in a check at an INM checkpoint, upon detecting that they did not have identification the officer asked them to get off the unit... but a few minutes later they went back up on instructions from their superior (thus giving a clear sign of corruption on the part of the superior), then continuing the trip, a traffic light before arriving to the Poza Rica terminal, the driver improperly lowered the Central Americans (who were approximately 20) and arrived at the terminal as if nothing had happened. This also puts the other people who travel on the same bus at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Hubo una llanta ponchada, nos guiaron a una sala de espera y nos dieron chocolate gratis. Fueron cordiales, siguiendo los protocolos y con paradas continuas.
Good service. There was a flat tire, we were guided to a waiting room and given free chocolate. They were cordial, following the protocols and with continuous stops.
