I rented a car for almost 4 weeks for a very good price (Half the price than other companies including insurances). Luis Angel was very attentive. The battery of the car was not working properly so they replaced the car for a better one.

Amazing customer service! So prompt and friendly and made everything so easy. Adriano C. was so quick to respond and help anytime I needed to extend my trip or had questions. They made the whole experience so seamless and stress free. Will definitely rent from Adocar again when I come back to Mexico!

Our reservation specified they would pick us up at the airport and would be waiting. This was a lie, we called and waited 1 hour for a taxi. This happend to be the best part of our experience. When we got to the car place, we were told by 6 different groups infront of us that they had been waiting for hours, so get ready. They forced one man to put a $15,000 USD Deposit down, another to put a $10,000 deposit down, and they told one man his reservation was canceled when he showed up, with no warning or prior email. After waiting 4 hours total, we were told our car would be 3x our original price booked online. We ordered a taxi instead and left. This place operates under 4 different names so no one sees the bad reviews. (NU/newcar rental and Infinity as well) Stay away!!!!

I found Adocar through Rentalcars.com. My flight was delayed by a few hours, so I got there a few hours late (5:30 PM instead of my initially planned 3:00 PM) and they were closed. Rentalcars.com said that they were open until 8, but their own website said they were only open until 5. I tried to call them, but no one picked up the phone. I sent an email and had no response. I chalked it up to me being late, ate the taxi charges, and just went back to my hotel. I tried to come back the next day during normal business hours, and THEY WERE STILL CLOSED. No one answered the phone, no one answered the online chat I attempted, and it took them several hours to finally answer my emailed request for assistance. I ended up just calling rentalcars.com and having THEM cancel the booking and create me a new one from a different rental company. Thankfully, since I had done business through a third party, I was able to get a refund of the days that I didn't have a car, but I still ended up wasting money on 6 different taxi rides that they couldn't reimburse. More importantly, I wasted 2 days of my trip. Hilariously, three hours after I had cancelled and rebooked with rentalcars, someone from Adocar finally emailed me back asking when I wanted to pick up the car. It was too little, and far too late. I will never do business with Adocar again, and I hope others make different choices based on my mistake.

Extremely bad, bordering on fraudulent. We arrived with a pretty late flight, and although pick-up was confirmed in the booking voucher, the Adocar representative failed to meet us at the agreed upon time, to then claim „no show“ when we confronted him first thing next morning. Also told us there was no car available, although there was no chance for them to have given the car away in the mean time. Stay away!

Scam! Do not trust positive reviews. Do not buy here! This company did not refund me even though I canceled the reservation 5 days before the pick up date. They are not honest people. And if you are renting in Mexico, you have to pay for the third party insurance because it is compulsory by law in Mexico. So it is better to rent in a large company because Adocar hide this from the customers and they have a surprise when they pay for the reservation. Do not trust the price you see on their website and rentcars or rentalcars. They will charge you a lot more. And if you need to cancel, they will never refund you.

Do not understand the negative reviews here? We got the car we booked at a fantastic price. The shop manager was kind and helpful and flexible on the delivery/pick-up times. Highly recommend!
