I really liked the hotel. Very good attention from waiters. Wings very rich, very good onion rings and good miches. Micheladas are a little picosas and BBQ wings too. I'd better not put tabasco sauce to micheladas. Regular beer is 35 weights and the other in 40, in 10 glass Cuban michelado weights. 5 wings + French fries weights 62 or 10 wings 110 weights. Very good flavor.

The wings were very salty and the music was half qlera, which is that of putting on a band, they are going to get corucos in my head, also they don't even have draft beer ???

Everything AWFUL, I went yesterday and they brought me things that I didn't even ask for, they took a long time, the food was horrible, burnt potatoes, it tasted like frozen food and on top of that I ended up doing horrible damage, I ended up channeled with serum and vomiting from something decomposing. Seriously THE WORST PLACE ON THE ROAD.

Cockroaches outside and inside the premises, I even got it inside my coffee!, and then they go and put it on my bill. Such a horrible experience that even the lousy improvised audio system with a giant speaker remains in the background. If you are unlucky enough to sit nearby, forget about being able to live together because, basically, you have to scream at the top of your lungs to communicate or nobody will be able to hear you.

lately it was our meeting point to hang out for a while, but unfortunately this past Saturday was a very, very disgusting day and on top of everything they didn't stop making fun of it, I really admire the patience that my friend had for them, but how unprofessional the reaction and the attention they had in this situation... My friend asks for an American coffee and they bring him a coffee with everything and a cockroach, the truth is that he didn't make a fuss or anything, then we suggested that he not order another coffee because logically "total disgust", then he asks for another drink and you hadn't, he ordered another and neither, as a last option he asked for a mojito and neither, I subtly told him "tell the waiter to bring you whatever he wants then", that is, they have a very extensive menu but for what you ask they tell you they don't have, oh and also the waiter burst out laughing because every time he asked for something he replied that he didn't have it, besides we asked for a large order of wings and they took us boneless, again I told my friends "come on, they'll bring you what you want" obviously we demanded the change because it was not our mistake", after 2 hours they brought us an order of chicken popcorn and the waiter tells us "this is courtesy, (laughing) rather mockingly" after so many us, time to wait and everything bad that night, we asked for the bill and that we they charge for the coffee (no, why don't they charge the cockroach or not?) and we still tell the waiter and he laughs and says "it's that the waitress doesn't know the situation" well tell him because apart from that he has a very despotic attitude, as a waitress no I hired her. Zero customer service training... really, the worst thing was not that the spoon appeared, but everything bad that it triggered, but it is clear that far from feeling responsible for what happened, they had a good laugh, making fun of what he gives of the clients and the bad moment they put him through.
