Quizá lo que debería mejorar es el apoyo para personas mayores o que no tienen muchos conocimientos ya que te hacen esperar tu turno en la pantalla en una sala con sillas y muchas veces no ven bien y se les pasa su turno. Existe gente que ayuda pero son tantos los visitantes que se sobrepasan.
No hay estacionamiento cerca y se llena, mejor llegar sin auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina de gobierno del SAT 4, dónde se realizan los trámites tributarios sobre impuestos y RFC, el personal es amable, rápido y sabe cómo tratar al contribuyente, sus oficinas se encuentran cerca de la estación del metrobus preparatoria 1. No cuenta con estacionamiento lo único malo es que afuera hay demasiados puestos ambulantes que quitan espacios de la calle.
