M	Marisa López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus tarifas y contratos son abusivos y ventajosos. Además sus tiempos de atención tanto vía telefónica como servicio técnico e instalación, son muuuy tardados. Dicen que el personal tiene mucho trabajo pero en su sucursal de Puebla hay 4 coches de servicio técnico parados todo el día, se dan el lujo de no trabajar el 10 de mayo que no es día feriado y no les importa dejar sin servicio a los usuarios, bien podrían contratar más personal y más telefonistas. Además cada año aumentan sus tarifas $100, pero la atención es la misma. Sus equipos solo tienen garantía de 3 meses, y si hay alguna falla las reparaciones las cobran a precio del kit completo nuevo, aunque sea solo 1 aparato.
