★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de atención telefónica de esta empresa deja mucho que desear falta mucha capacitación. Uno debe de llamar mínimo 5 veces para reunir la información completa respecto a planes de conversión de linea análoga a digital; en la primera yo debía pagar 5,000 pesos y un incremento en la mensualidad. para la 5a llamada me ofrecían el servicio totalmente gratis cuando informe de mi cancelación. Ahora para cancelar debe llamar mínimo 4 veses para reunir la información y el día que desee cancelar reserve por lo menos 20 minutos de espera en línea.
todo el equipo es a consignación así que analice bien antes de agregar un gasto fijo a su presupuesto. En mi opinión no lo vale.
Si usted esta pensando en adquirir este servicio sugiero lo analice detenidamente.
