★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine schwangere Frau und ich haben 1,5 Stunden auf einen Ansprechpartner gewartet: Im stehen, ohne Sitzgelegenheit, immer wurde gesagt, dass gleich jemand kommt. Dann kam die falsche Person, weil trotz sehr präziser mehrfacher Beschreibung des Anliegens die Personen am Empfang nicht zugehört haben.
Als ich auf mein Handy schaute um die Uhrzeit zu sehen (wir hatten schon mehr als eine Stunde gewartet) wurde mir eine Strafe angedroht.
Dieser Laden ist eine Schande für das Land Mexiko, die Leute die dort arbeiten gehören in eine Schulung, aber nicht in den Kontakt mit Menschen.
 My pregnant wife and I waited 1.5 hours for a contact person: standing, without seating, it was always said that someone is coming. Then the wrong person came, because despite very precise multiple description of the concern, the people at the reception did not listen.
When I looked at my cell phone to see the time (we had been waiting for more than an hour) I was threatened with a punishment.
This shop is a shame for the country of Mexico, the people who work there are in training, but not in contact with people.

Lo único bueno fue que el paquete lo liberó aduana en 3 días. Pero pedí algo a Estados Unidos con valor de 180$ por lo que el impuesto (que es del 16%) hubiera tenido que ser de alrededor 600 pesos.. Pero no respetaron el monto declarado y me cobraron + de 2000 pesos de impuestos aduanales...hay manera de reclamar pero conllevaría esperar mi paquete por 2 meses más y correr el riesgo que lo arruinen o roben..
APPALLING!
The only good thing was that the package cleared customs in 3 days. But I asked the United States for something with a value of $ 180 so the tax (which is 16%) would have had to be around 600 pesos .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estimados todos, por favor no confundir de la aduana de carga del AICM, con la aduana postal, muchos se quejan de los paquetes en la aduana, por favor , antes de pedir algo al extranjero, revisen los requisitos de importación, ya que la mayoría de esos paquetes contienen mercancías que requieren permisos para su introducción al territorio nacional, lo que retrasa sus entregas postales e inclusive, algunas, resultan imposibles de importar, una vez dicho esto, por favor tomen sus precauciones, soliciten asesoría, igualmente si les puedo apoyar en algo, ahí estaré, saludos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ellos se toman mucho tiempo en procesar los paquetes, más cobrar obsenas cantidades por deliverer los envíos. Yo le envié una tablet a mi madre de Canada a Sonora. Y esta aduana de CDMX le cobro a mi madre 4500 pesos por impuestos.. son unos rateros . Es mejor enviar sus pedimos a EUA y de ahí pasarlos en autobus o manejando.. La aduana jamas se Cansara de robarle al pueblo Mexicano.. en ningún otro Pais cobran así... en Canadá jamas he pagado por paquetes más de 20 dolares (300 pesos) .
ABUSIVOS!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy intentando contactar a aduanas por un paquete de china que tiene varios paquetes adentro. Uno de ellos lo identificaron como utencilios dentales por error y obviamente lo retuvieron por incumpimiento de cofepris. ¿Como puedo ponerme en contacto con alguien que en verdad quiera atenderme?
A los telefonos que eh llamado, no coinciden, no contestan o no tienen datos y hasta me insinuan que soy una persona que esta importando cosas ilicitas.
Muy molesto con su servicio (si es que se le puede llamar servicio). ¿Que no deberian contactar al destinatario al telefono que se pone en el paquete?
Ya me arte y voy a dar por robado/perdido el paquete. PESIMO servicio!!!!
I am trying to contact customs for a package from China that has multiple packages inside. One of them was mistakenly identified as dental utensils and obviously retained for non-compliance with cofepris. How can I get in touch with someone who really wants to help me?
The phones that I have called do not match, they do not answer or they do not have data and they even insinuate that I am a person who is importing illicit things.
Very annoyed with their service (if you can call it service). That they should not contact the recipient at the phone number that is put on the package?
I already art and I'm going to consider the package stolen/lost. Terrible service!!!!
