★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio,dicen que solo dd 15 minutos a dos horas te retienen cuando la verdad es otra.Tardas horas en filas para poder salir de ahí,es desesperante y muy desgastante ya que muchos vamos presionados x los clientes de los fletes o hasta x la empresa para la que trabajamos y aqui nos rematan con el mal servicio,tantos trabajadores para nada;hacen que hasta peleemos con los compañeros xq todos queremos salir ya de las filas y nada,haga22 algo el administrador de la Aduana y personal a cargo y den solución a este asunto asi como el papeleo dd entrega.
Pesimo service, say that only dd 15 minutes to two hours they hold you when the truth is another.Tardas hours in rows to be able to get out of there, it is exasperating and very exhausting since many of us are pressed x freight customers or even x the company we work for and here they finish us off with the bad service, so many workers for nothing, they even fight with the comrades xq we all want to get out of the ranks and nothing, do something 22 the administrator of the Customs and personnel in charge and give solution to this issue as well as the paperwork of delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son capaces de proporcionar un simple estatus de de un pedido y para todo quieren que uno valla con un agente aduanal, aunque pidas solo una canica de 2 pesos
They are not able to provide a simple status of an order and for everything they want you to go to a customs agent, even if you only ask for a 2 peso marble
