★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thrilled to have found AQI! I'm moving to NC from MD, and I can't be hands on with the builders. My mother who lives in NC researched and found AQI Building/Construction Inspections. We met with Randy on site and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. This is my 1st experience building a new home. I had concerns living out of state and heard stories about construction disasters. Randy made me feel comfortable that AQI will be present during my absents. I support Small Business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randy performed a home inspection on 11/23/20. The turn around is 72 hours but he provided the report that same night. He uses the latest technology and resources to perform the inspection. Randy is thorough and knowledgeable. He provided recommendation on remediation of issues and stated the right professional that would be able to further assist us. I had some RE experience in the past in another state and never saw such a detailed report. We are very impressed with his work and professionalism.
