N	Nana Nook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio en la sucursal Monterrey, no me dieron mis materiales completos y ni siquiera nos revisaron aperar de ser 38 items , Me hicieron esperar 2 horas y por ser cliente nuevo no tienes derecho a preguntarles nada a las recepcionistas ni siquiera me explicaron que era mas barato si pedia factura les pedi factura y hay fue donde el personal me empezo a tratar con faltas de respeto por que las hice trabajar dos veces hasta que llegaron las 2 horas y me enoje muchisimo por que la persona seguia atendiendo a otras personas y tardo una hora en procesar mi pedido y otra hora en darme el material que todo venia muy mal cortado y aparte no se ni que me cobraron por que es fecha que no me mandan la factura y ya la pedi, no me contestaron los correos de queja y demas. Aproximadamente 30% al 50% de aumento al precio que publican. Entiendo que sea más barato comprar en línea (2%) pero los precios que dan en tienda no corresponden y ni siquiera dan nota. Por favor especifiquen esa variación de precios para evitar estas molestias.
