★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Wish I could give it 0 stars, but you have to select at least one! I reserved a car but had to rent it car earlier because my relative passed away. They said that it would be no problem to cancel the original reservation and pick up a car earlier. I even upgraded when I got to my location. When I got the bill I was charged for both reservations. I called and they said sorry but cancelations are not free. This is not what the guy at the counter told me. I eventually was compensated a refund minus $50.00 for a cancelation fee. If I had known that they were going to charge me twice I definitely would have taken my service elsewhere. Also, the car was dirty inside and out!!
