★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuantas veces han perdido la oportunidad de tener un mejor proveedor de un servicio o un material si solamente permiten dejar la información en las casetas de vigilancia, donde no estamos seguros de que sea entregada esta información a la persona indicada. En México como en Japón se encuentras malos, regulares, buenos y excelentes proveedores y materiales. No le cierren las puertas a la Mejora Continua.
How many times they have lost the opportunity to have a better provider of a service or a material if they only allow to leave the information in the surveillance booths, where we are not sure that this information is delivered to the indicated person. In Mexico and in Japan you find bad, regular, good and excellent suppliers and materials. Do not close the doors to Continuous Improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían enseñar a la o las personas de atención telefónica a que respondan las llamadas, si llamé 30 veces creo que fueron pocas, podría decir que fue una pésima atención, pero ni eso tuve, solo desvían las llamadas, mejor no paguen sueldos a personas que no les gusta hacer su trabajo.
They should teach the telephone service person (s) to answer the calls, if I called 30 times I think there were few, I could say that it was a terrible service, but not even that, they only divert the calls, better not pay salaries to people who they don't like to do their job.
