★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes la atención telefónica era excelente ahora llevo más de media hora tratando de que me den informes y o me cuelgan o no atienden el telefono. Ojalá mejoren el servicio yo tenía mucha urgencia de que me atendieran.
Before the telephone service was excellent, now I have been trying to get reports for more than half an hour and either they hang up on me or they don't answer the phone. I hope they improve the service, I was very urgent for them to attend to me.

The experience was quick but I DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE, I cannot download my results, my order said I could pick them up at 6 PM and they had already closed. You go for health, not for a walk.
