★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si sean buenos mecánicos o no, el servicio de venta es bueno. Sin embargo el servicio de aplicación de garantía deja mucho que desear, la información no es para nada clara, no hay contacto con el cliente durante el proceso de la misma y si no es por que uno anda echando vueltas para recordarles su compromiso o buscándolos por algún otro Medio ellos ni sus luces. En mi caso me comentan que no la han traído por que no han hecho pedidos pues las ventas están bajas. Solo eso faltaba. Muy mal, no lo recomiendo para nada.
 I don't know if they are good mechanics or not, the sales service is good. However, the warranty application service leaves a lot to be desired, the information is not at all clear, there is no contact with the client during the process of the same and if it is not that one is going around to remind them of their commitment or looking for them. some other means neither their lights. In my case they tell me that they have not brought it because they have not placed orders because sales are low. That alone was missing. Too bad, I don't recommend it at all.

Ricardo, the owner, is dedicated to serving the biking community. He is impeccably honest, fair, and knows bikes. He sells only high quality but can fix any bike that comes in. I look forward to seeing him again on future trips back to Vallarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented out bikes to go around downtown Puerto Vallarta from Ricardo. Due to the pandemic he had to shut down his shop and is operating from his home. However, his service is still top notch. Be sure to call him up in advance to book your rental bikes.
Ricardo was amazing! He washed the bikes and had them prepped up before we came in. The bikes themselves were in pretty good shape. He generally rents out mountain bikes due to the surrounding hilly areas where people sometimes venture. He was also flexible with the timings. It also helps that he is quite fluent in English .. for tourists coming in from North America. The rates he quoted were also reasonable. Be sure to give him a tip and appreciate his awesome service despite the pandemic closing down his store.
