Terrible service. Nothing to do with what it was before

Do not buy this company in the machines, from the terminal, very expensive and there are no units, they do not answer the phone

We waited an hour for the taxi to arrive, and it never came. Lots of people, there is no organization, there is no one to attend.

1 hour and a half waiting and never a single car arrived, they should remove it from the machine options. FATAL.

Good taxi service, punctual and clean BUT, the customer service is very bad, the telephone line has a 40 minute wait

Terrible service, I will not request your services again. It is one of the most expensive and it takes a long time for the cars to arrive, I am almost there for the month that I cannot make the invoice because I do not see the page and they do not resolve me in calls.

It is a shame what Aerocontaxi has fallen into its service, which became my favorite in transportation to and from the Monterrey airport. On February 16, 2022 at 5:33 AM I bought a single ticket at the vending machine (where all the companies that are registered to provide Taxi service appear) in terminal B of the Monterrey airport. When I left I didn't find units, and the drivers of the other companies (there were) told me that they don't show up because they don't have units, I tried to contact AeroContaxi by phone but no one answered, I had to take another service. Now at noon I am calling them to request the return of my money and they do not answer by phone or WhatsApp, I do not recommend them and I request that if they cannot provide the service that they unsubscribe from the Monterrey Airport application.

Terrible service. At the airport I bought a very expensive round trip. To get out of the airport there were not enough taxis, we had to wait and no one knew when the taxi would arrive at the platform. Finally arrived, we left and the driver, checked the cell phone while driving, zero security when driving. To return it was worse; I called 3 times to book the taxi, twice ome they said that "there were no units to reserve" and to call again, on the third call I demanded a unit and magically there was one for the time I needed, after 15 minutes they called to say that They had lost my address and for him to give it to him again, I gave it to him once more, already with the regret of having bought the round trip. However, the worst thing was that they arrived almost half an hour after the agreed time, I tried to call their phone number and they never answered, I called on WhatsApp and they answered, but the receptionist was terrible in his service saying that it was not his fault. that there was traffic and there was nothing he could do for me, in addition to constantly interrupting me and not letting me speak. I ended up calling a Didi who arrived at the same time as the taxi driver. I will never go up to one of their units again and I will not recommend them to my acquaintances either. Clients pay for a service that promises professionalism, security, punctuality and a good client support system and what is received is a poorly managed service with people who do not care about the security or continuity of the clients.
