This was an amazing experience! Along with the ease of not having to worry about getting there, breakfast or the pyramids, the customer service was amazing! We got amazing pictures taken of us before after the trip, and even enjoy a nice glass of champagne to finish off the flight! Highly suggest this company for your hot air balloon experience!

Their initial instructions were not very complete and the discussed pickup time was not observed; other than that, the guide was great, ride was very safe and pilot was very savy. Overall experience was very favorable and would do it over next chance I get.

We had a really nice flight. Perfect conditions. Saw the tempels. Went very high. And he a real smooth landing. Great team. Nice people. We really enjoyed it.

Great day! Balloon ride was amazing and lasted just under an hour. Brunch was good and the tour and viewing of the pyramids was nice too. It was very cold in the morning so wear warm clothes also bring a hat for sun at the pyramids.

Nice place great experience, I do recommend bringing a sweatshirt if doing the departure at 7am. It does get cold but they also sell them

I used Aerodiverti and their marriage proposal package to propose to my girlfriend. I was a little bit nervous that something would go wrong on the big day especially since I do not speak much Spanish. It turns out there was no reason to be concerned though because they handled everything with incredible professionalism. Not only was the proposal a success and a surprise for my girlfriend, the Champagne and roses after the flight added an extra special touch. In addition the breakfast was at a very nice buffet restaurant and was of higher quality than expected. We were both incredibly happy with how the day went. Finally, our pilot Franky was incredible and deserves a special mention. He delivered an amazing traditional toast to us after the flight, helped make sure my girlfriend saw the proposal banner and coordinated everything so that we got the best shots with the Pyramid of the sun in the background. As it turns out, he has over 20 years of piloting experience. We felt completely safe with him as our pilot and he became a wonderful part of our special day as well. Thanks Aerodiverti and Franky! The most amazing thing I've ever experienced. On my solo trip to Mexico City, the Sky Balloons MX tour Adventure Package to Teotihuacan Pyramids was one of the many activities I booked during my vacation. This your did not disappoint and the customer service was everything. They were very responsive and detailed via WhatsApp leading upto the tour and the day of ran according to plan. The start time is a buy early for my taste, buy it was worth every bit of it. I highly recommend buying the media package (photos before/during balloon ride, 360 footage and drone recording). Tell them Kash Koncepts sent you for a discount.

MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE!! Would repeat in a heartbeat! The staff and pilot were very professional and on top of things. The flight itself was smooth and relaxing -- there were times when it was so calm that it felt like we weren't even moving -- just hovering over the earth. The residents below took that time to wave at us as we floated by. As every pilot knows, the landing is the hardest part, but in this case it was almost a non-event-- clear instructions were given to us by the pilot and we landed without difficulty. Great experience all around!
