Terrible parcel service they did not bring the package to my home I had to go for it half an hour from my home by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me enviaron mi paquete y lo tuvieron sentado en la bodega. Y ya cuando tuve tiempo de poder manejar 40 minutos para llegar a su bodega. Me dicen que ya se había devuelto el paquete. Incompetentes, hablé le a los clientes para informarles y cumplan con lo pactado.
They never sent me my package and had it sitting in the warehouse. And when I had time to drive 40 minutes to get to your warehouse. They tell me that the package had already been returned. Incompetent, I spoke to clients to inform them and comply with what was agreed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paquetes EMS tardan más de 2 semanas en sus bodegas sin poner en ruta. Pésimo servicio. Nunca contestan el teléfono, mienten en el rastreo sobre las visitas. Cuando por fin contestan el teléfono mienten sobre poner el paquete en ruta. Uno de los servicios menos profesionales de paquetería que hay.
EMS packages take more than 2 weeks in their warehouses without being en route. Terrible service. They never answer the phone, they lie in tracking visits. When they finally answer the phone they lie about putting the package on the road. One of the least professional parcel services out there.
