★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi comentario es el siguiente hemos tenido muchos problemas con esta nueva administracion ahorita mismo tenemos un gran problema se enviaron 2 paquetes a la cd. de durango el dia 12 de noviembre y hasta el dia de ayer 18 entregaron uno y el otro anda revolugado quien sabe donde se echan la bolita de durango en monterrey y viceversa. la verdad es que como cliente de aeroflash a sido un gran desengaño con esta nueva administracion. ojala puedan llegar hacer el servicio eficaz de antes.
my comment is the following we have had many problems with this new administration right now we have a big problem 2 packages were sent to the cd. from durango on November 12 and until yesterday 18 delivered one and the other is revolutionized who knows where they take the ball of durango in Monterrey and vice versa. The truth is that as an aeroflash client it has been a great disappointment with this new administration. I hope they can get to do the effective service before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy me entregaron un paquete en tiempo y forma, lo único que me desagradó enormemente es que al pedir mi identificación la persona llamada Fredy mensajero de su empresa Aeroflash en Durango, Suc. Enrique Carrola Antuna, se tomó la libertad de tomar una fotofgrafía de mi credencial de elector, dijo que se la pide Mercado Libre como evidencia de que se hizo la entrega, NUNCA me ha pedido Mercado Libre ninguna evidencia fotográfica a través de las mensajerías. Esto vulnera mis datos personales, mi seguridad y la de mi familia, al negarse el mensajero a borrar de su celular la fotografía que tomó, adicionalmente dijo provenir de Mercado Libre ubicado en la Col.20 de Noviembre en Durango, lo cual es falso, ya que el paquete viene para entregarse en Gral Carrola Antuna 316, 34000 Fracc. Las Playas, Durango, Dgo.
Si requieren evidencia en todo caso, hagan su hoja de registro y tomen nota del número de credencial de elector y el nombre NUNCA tomar foto de la credencial.
