The worst service I have ever experienced from a parcel, I have been waiting for more than a month and a half for a package that I have probably already lost. They do not answer in customer service of so many complaints! Appalling!

Correos de México los contrató, supuestamente, para mejorar su servicio, pero los payasos de Aeroflash en 13 días, no han sido aún capaces de entregarme un paquete ¡¡dentro de León, GTO!! si nuestro correo está mal, Aeroflash está mil veces peor. Para colmo, ni contestan el teléfono, ni se pueden enviar mensajes desde su portal.
Terrible service. Correos de México hired them, supposedly, to improve their service, but the Aeroflash clowns in 13 days have not yet been able to deliver me a package within León, GTO !! if our mail is bad, Aeroflash is a thousand times worse. To make matters worse, neither answer the phone, nor can you send messages from your portal.
