★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy ex colaborador de Aeromar y no puedo decir nada malo de la aerolínea al contrario esta muy bien con sus horarios y hace todo lo que esté a su alcance para evitar cualquier demora... Sus comunidad de trabajadores son muy hospitalarios que hacen sentir a los(as) cómo en casa así que Estacion Aeromar Lázaro Cárdenas merece de corazón 5 estrellas.
I am a former partner of Aeromar and I can not say anything bad about the airline on the contrary it is very good with its schedules and does everything in its power to avoid any delay ... Its community of workers are very hospitable that make people feel (as) how at home so Estacion Aeromar Lázaro Cárdenas deserves a 5 star heart.

Siempre vuelos retrasados y aterrizan en terminal 2 hay que esperar mucho tiempo el transporte terrestre y si se pierde un enlace ellos no se hacen responsables a pesar de que independientemente del tráfico aéreo ellos te hacen perder mucho tiempo por su logística.
There are deficiencies in its Morelia Mexico service. Always delayed flights and land in terminal 2 you have to wait a long time for ground transportation and if a link is lost they are not responsible despite the fact that regardless of air traffic they make you waste a lot of time for their logistics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le compren à esta aerolínea. Réserve un vuelo de ida y regreso de la cdmx à ixtapa. Tuve problemas con los dos vuelos! El primero se cancelo y me cambiaron a otro vuelo 5 horas más tarde. Me mencionaron qué se debía a que tenían que hacerle mantenimiento al avion pero seguramente fue porque no tenían los suficientes clientes para hacer el vuelo y no le iban a sacar utilidad... El vuelo más tarde solamente tenia como 15 pasajeros. Después mi vuelo de regreso resultó ser adelantado à un vuelo 4 horas antes. No recibí ninguna notificación por ningún medio y yo había proporcionado hasta mi número de celular! Así, me mencionaron qué no se pudieron contactar conmigo del cambio, depositaron por completo la responsabilidad en mi y no me dieron nada a cambio. Finalmente tuve que comprar un vuelo directo por volaris. Llevo 3 horas constantemente tratando de contactarme con servicio a clientes y no atienden mi llamada. No vuelvo a comprar un vuelo con esta aerolínea, nunca más.
Don't buy from this airline. Book a round trip flight from Mexico City to ixtapa. I had problems with both flights! The first one was canceled and they changed me to another flight 5 hours later. They mentioned to me what was because they had to do maintenance on the plane but it was probably because they didn't have enough customers to make the flight and they weren't going to make a profit ... The flight later only had about 15 passengers. Then my return flight turned out to be advanced to a flight 4 hours earlier. I did not receive any notification by any means and I had even provided my cell phone number! Thus, they mentioned to me that they could not contact me about the change, they completely placed the responsibility on me and did not give me anything in return. I finally had to buy a direct flight through volaris. I've been constantly trying to contact customer service for 3 hours and they don't answer my call. I will not buy a flight with this airline again, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Guadalajara a Puerto Vallarta el avión fue un avión chico y sin aire acondicionado muy caliente dentro de el avión. Los asientos muy viejos al igual que el avión. Muy amables el servicio puntual no se si volveré a viajar con ellos.
From Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta the plane was a small plane and without very hot air conditioning inside the plane. The very old seats just like the plane. The punctual service is very friendly, I don't know if I will travel with them again.
