La oficina de Polanco en la Calle Horacio, excelente. Fui personalmente porque el servicio telefónico del Club Premier es deplorable.

La verdad es una exelente línea aérea. La mejor de México sin duda. La verdad podrian ofrecer mejores refrigerios y ser mas amables Les falta la atención al cliente. Pesimo el abordaje y peor el desembarque necesitan reforzar eso Gracias

La atención es muy buena lo único malo es que le rompieron una parte de la pantalla de mi computadora al descenso ya que los equipajes los lanzan en la banda transportadora, era una mochila por lo que es blanda a diferencia de otros equipajes que son duros en ese sentido que pésimo servicio.
The attention is very good, the only bad thing is that they broke a part of my computer screen on the way down since the luggage is thrown on the conveyor belt, it was a backpack so it is soft unlike other luggage that is hard in that sense that lousy service.

Yo siempre eh volado por AeroMéxico aun en tiempo de covid los utilize para ir a cancun, mazatlan, puerto vayarta, los cabos, etc... y lo hice por apoyarlos daban buen servicio. Inclusive utilize aero mexico para ir a europa, israel, turquia, etc...pude haber utlizado Air France, la mejor aerolinea junto con KLM para mi gusto, pero por ser nacionalista utilize aero mexico. En este mes de abril del 2022 fui a cancun del 17 al 23 del mismo mes, cuando llego el momento de hacer check in por la app (como siempre lo hacia y pagar mis maletas documentadas) no me dejaron hacer check in que porque habia un problema, llame a la aerolinea ya mencionada y no me dijeron nada, que no sabia porque no podia hacer check in. Que me recomendaban hacer el check in directamente en el mostrador del aeropuerto. Esta vez fui con un bebe hija de mi hermana y al comprar el viaje por ScotiaSelect, me cobraron 500 pesos por la bebe, segun los bebes no pagan pero la aerolinea me cobro 500 pesos... Total los pague. Se supone que el bebe ya debia tener su espacio dentro del avion no? pague 500 pesos... Pues cuando llego al mostrador de aeromexico que para esto tuve que llegar con 3 horas de anticipacion y no dos como es normal, me dicen que la bebe no utliza asiento por lo tanto debia ir en los brazos de uno de sus padres, pero que no habia lugar para ellos... Debia esperar a ser asignado y que por eso no pude hacer check in por la app... Bueno no me moleste porque dije ni modo a veces pasan cosas culeras, al querer meter mis maletas documentadas yo vi que en la app ya costaban 800 pesos y no 500 como es normal, pero al no poder hacer check in no pude pagar los 800 pesos por cada maleta documentada y resulta que ahi el equipaje documentado cuesta $1700 pesos cada maleta... Me robaron con un descaro total, y la tipa mugrosa del mostrador me dice que para la proxima compre los lugares y asi no sucede esto.... Un robo perfecto y ahi no puedes hacer nada. Lo mismo el regreso cancun cdmx, no pude hacer check in y pague $2300 pesos por cada maleta.... No es culpa de nadie que aero mexico esta en banca rota, por mi parte jamas vuelvo a utilizar esta aerolinea, me ire a volaris o a esas otras que ya se que ahi me va a ir mal pero al menos ya lo se... En aero mexico me senti robado y eso no se perdona. Las azafatas estan de malas, no te quieren dar mas galletas, ni cafe te dicen que si pero no te llevan nada... Todavia creen que son divas las señoras pobrecitas, ya pasaron de moda, ya dan pena, no se crean algo que no son... Ya sus sueldos estan por debajo de lo que alguna vez fueron, ya ganan lo que deben de ganar el sueldo de alguien que hace la limpieza. Aero México, nunca vuelo a utlizarte.
I have always flown by AeroMéxico, even in times of covid, I used them to go to Cancun, Mazatlan, Puerto Ivarta, Los Cabos, etc... and I did it to support them, they provided good service. I even used Aero Mexico to go to Europe, Israel, Turkey, etc... I could have used Air France, the best airline together with KLM for my taste, but being a nationalist I used Aero Mexico. In this month of April 2022 I went to Cancun from the 17th to the 23rd of the same month, when it was time to check in through the app (as I always did and pay for my checked bags) they did not let me check in because there was a problem, I called the aforementioned airline and they didn't tell me anything, I didn't know why I couldn't check in. That they recommended me to check in directly at the airport counter. This time I went with a baby daughter of my sister and when I bought the trip through ScotiaSelect, they charged me 500 pesos for the baby, according to the babies they don't pay but the airline charged me 500 pesos... Total I paid. The baby is supposed to have his space on the plane, right? I paid 500 pesos... Well, when I got to the Aeromexico counter, for which I had to arrive 3 hours in advance and not two as is normal, they told me that the baby does not use a seat, therefore she had to go in the arms of one of the his parents, but that there was no place for them... He had to wait to be assigned and that's why I couldn't check in through the app... Well don't bother me because I said no way sometimes shitty things happen, when I wanted to put my checked bags I saw that in the app they already cost 800 pesos and not 500 as usual, but since I couldn't check in I couldn't pay the 800 pesos for each checked bag and it turns out that checked baggage costs $1,700 pesos each bag... They robbed me with total nerve, and the filthy guy at the counter tells me that I should buy the seats next time and that doesn't happen... A perfect robbery and there you can do nothing. The same way back to Cancun CDMX, I couldn't check in and paid $2,300 pesos for each suitcase.... It is no one's fault that Aero Mexico is bankrupt, for my part I will never use this airline again, I will fly or those others that I already know will go wrong there but at least I know... In Aero Mexico I felt robbed and that is not forgiven. The stewardesses are in a bad mood, they don't want to give you more cookies, they don't want to give you coffee, they say yes but they don't bring you anything... They still think the poor ladies are divas, they're out of fashion, they're sad, don't believe anything that They are not... Now their salaries are below what they once were, they already earn what they should earn the salary of someone who does the cleaning. Aero Mexico, I never fly to use you.
