Acudí por un error al tratar de hacer una compra en internet, entiendo que quieran cobrar extra por que ahora el servicoo te lo hace un humano. Sin embargo cuando solicitamos asignar los asientos, nos salen con que el sistema lo hace automático y no se puede; aún mostrandole en su cara a la que nos atendió que si se puede haciendolo en el celular frente a ella, no tuvo ni la decencia de disculparse o reconocer su error, pésimo, muy mal aeroméxico! Siempre he volado con ustedes y ahora me perderan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo extranjero fue a solicitar aplicación de voucher electrónico para un vuelo nacional (el inicial era a Japón por pandemia se cambio al electrónico,) la cuestión es q lo mandaron a q hiciera solicitud x teléfono, preguntamos en sucursal aguilas q había ido en otra ocasión y dijeron q reserva se hace en linea pero también en sucursal, Que clase de servicio prestan . Definitivo falta de profesionalismo y poco tacto en atención a cliente
