F	Felipe Yepes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor aerolinea NO LA USEN. te humillan, mal servicio no te dan opciones sobrevenden los vuelos y quieren poner cualquier excusa para que pierdas tu boleto dicen que tenia que estar dos horas antes para un vuelo nacional y por eso me bajaron de mi vuelo pesimo servicio son groseros y poco amables sobre todo el senor guillermo mendoza la peor persona con la que he tratado en mi vida si hay que pagar un poco mas en otra aerolinea... HAGANLO! Evitensen molestias tratando con personas maleducadas y sin etica .
A	Alejandro Alatorre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal sabor de boca, acaban de perder un cliente. El día de ayer por la noche mi boleto "mágicamente" cambió a ser boleto "abierto". Después de 2 días de llamadas incluso mintieron diciendo que yo dije en una llamada que lo dejaran como abierto, el nombre de la persona que dijo esto fue Eduardo Hernández. Llamé a todos lados, involucré a la agencia de viajes aunque este cambio fue del lado de aeroméxico y fue un infierno. Al final pude solucionarlo pero para ello tuve que estar muy enojado para poder recibir una respuesta. Me estaban haciendo pagar cerca de 40,000 pesos porque sólo había tickets en primera clase, por dios! Al final me lo reactivaron en clase turista lo cual indica que si había boletos en clase turista. Chequen su página web, tal vez algún bug hizo que mi reserva cambiara al intentar buscar mi reserva online. De verdad que no vuelvo a viajar con ustedes. What a bad taste in my mouth, they just lost a client. Last night my ticket "magically" changed to an "open" ticket. After 2 days of calls they even lied saying that I said in a call to leave it as open, the name of the person who said this was Eduardo Hernández. I called everywhere, I involved the travel agency although this change was on the aeromexico side and it was hell. In the end I was able to solve it but for this I had to be very angry to be able to receive an answer. They were making me pay about 40,000 pesos because there were only first class tickets, for God's sake! In the end, they reactivated it for me in tourist class, which indicates that there were tickets in tourist class. Check their website, maybe some bug caused my reservation to change when trying to find my reservation online. I really will not travel with you again.
E	Eduardo Gómez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El domingo, vuelos llenisimos, tuve un viaje familiar desde Cancún a CDMX, hubo detalles y los empleados muy amables cambiaron mi vuelo e hicieron todo lo posible por darme un lugar, muy buena la atención con la que lo hicieron, siempre atentos y organizados la verdad, cuando les pase también den las gracias y agradezcan su amabilidad. On Sunday, very full flights, I had a family trip from Cancun to CDMX, there were details and the very kind employees changed my flight and did everything possible to give me a place, the attention with which they did it was very good, always attentive and organized true, when it happens to you also give thanks and appreciate your kindness.

We had a big delay from Cancun airport and zero apologies, zero contact, they even didn’t admit to delay. They just changed the flight departure time from 12:30 to 13 and then to 13:00 with the sign “on time” ??? BIG JOKE. Finally we flight with 2h delay.
T	Tommi Winterlöv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline company to talk to if you need to change ticket or any other help. If you bought your ticket with Mexican peso or dollar you are welcome but if you bought your ticket with Euro you are not welcome there. Aeromexico grow up for god sake.
