Aeromexico is for another type of market, not all the population can access its rates so it is not a transport for most Mexicans, lately they have failed in their punctuality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline experience ever. Lost my luggage and have had a nightmare experience ever trying to unsuccessfully get it back. Nobody at their customer service team seems to care. They simply say they can’t help you and give it to the next department who say they can’t help you either before sending you off again with another department to contact, only to find yourself in full circle until you get so fed up you give up. It’s been 7 months and I haven’t received my luggage. I would rather ride a donkey then take this bum airline ever again.
