Flying to Mexico City, first clase, however I unfortunately had taxis issues and finally ended up getting to the airport 35 min before the depart time, unlucly they would not accept me in, LOL I begged but no luck I totally understand as I came " late " but I felt they could have done more service as the airport is quite small, they had the staff to make happened but the policy seemed to be more important, When I started making some calls, they were kind enough to change me into the next flight in a regular section at no extra charge... At the end, they rebooked me to the next flight available and got me a seat in prefiero área, first row ! Learning experience!!

No one should have to speak to more than 12 people at a company in order to get an issue resolved. Yet after 12 people who cannot help us for various reasons, we are still getting the run around of being told contradictory things. There is no adverse weather incident, or anything that could possibly justify such poor service. Truly off the charts bad - avoid at all costs. ===========//========== 5 1/2 hours. Issue was resolved, but… 5 1/2 hours plus a ton of frustration. I fly a lot for business and this is just unacceptable. So, only adding back one star.

Very bad service. I've travelled quite abit and understand delays and cancellations are all part and parcel of travel. However in this case, our flight to Mexico City was delayed which affects our flight to Cabo. I had waited in line for an hour, and the man at the counter allowed other people to cut the line and dealt with them first. He told me to wait so he could take care of those who had cut me in line. By the time, it was my turn,; boarding had started and there was no empathy, sympathy from the staff. They informed me to just 'take care of it in Mexico City at the counter'. They only cared about people who had bags checked in. Are they going to reimburse our hotel tonight? our 6am tour tomorrow? Our car rental for 1 day because of 1 employees incompetence? Is there a preference to help locals who don't line up? This leaves a very bad taste in my travel experience and would highly recommend training your staff to communicate better, and learn some empathy. This is an international airline., You're supposed to have some basic competence, civil manners and competence at your counters. Working in the service industry is not easy, the customer is not always right, following rules like who came first in a line is the bare minimum. So, update: We missed the 3.25pm connection, 4.20pm connection, 5.20pm connection and are on the 8:55pm stand by flight with a high chance of not making the trip. We purchased tickets from another airline. If he had only followed the rules and given priority to people who lined up, we would be in a different situation.
