Su pasaporte en vigor hasta el mes de marzo. El personal de Aeroméxico de la Ciudad de Aguascalientes. Le impidió viajar argumentando que no se cumplía la norma de pasaporte vigente 3 meses después de la fecha de salida. Mi hermana tenía carta de invitación emitida por la policía Española, quien previamente había revisado su pasaporte. Vigente durante los 15 días de su estancia. Es increíble que una compañía como Aeroméxico no prepare adecuadamente a su personal para gestionar adecuadamente este tipo de situaciones. Viendo la falta de sensibilidad en la gestión de esta situación por parte del personal de la aerolínea me temo que la única opción que queda es dejar de tener a Aeroméxico como una opción para vuelos transatlánticos. Lo cual como Mexicana me llena de una enorme tristeza. Sin embargo, basándome en lo sucedido me temo que la aerolínea no está a la altura de garantizar una experiencia satisfactoria a los clientes que llevan a cabo este tipo de viajes.
