Y resulta q hoy q regreso d León Gto x esta misma línea me dicen q llevo una maleta d más y debo pagar 800 pesos.. Le aclaro al empleado q acabo d volar x la misma Aeroméxico con las 4 maletas y no pague nada extra y me dice q es política d una maleta x persona .. Le comento q el peso limite cuál es.. Y vuelve con lo mismo q no.. Q es una maleta x persona ... Donde están las políticas ???... Cambian d un estado a otro??... Es un robo!!.. Aquí en León Gto... He viajado a varias partes d México con las mismas 4 maletas las mismas 4 personas y nunca me habían querido cobrar más ... Cantidad q claro no pague!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a solicitar información para un vuelo la semana pasada, específicamente con el señor Jorge Luis Galeana Robles, quien en ese momento me dijo no contaba con sistema para realizar la búsqueda, pero que el me marcaría, al día siguiente volví a llamar, y me salió con lo mismo, ya pasaron 2 semanas y es la fecha que no me han marcado, por esta razón tuve que comprar en otra aerolínea, pésimo servicio, no creo que después de dos semanas sigan con esos problemas, ya que es lo único que hacen allí.
