★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY MAL ATENCION VIA TELEFONICA, PREPOTENTE EL TIPO QUE ATIENDE Y ESO QUE SOY EL QUE ENVIO LOS PAQUETES, SI ALGUIEN CONOCE OTRA AEROLINEA QUE VUELE DE TUXTLA A QUERETARO LES AGRADECERE MUCHO.
VERY BAD ATTENTION VIA PHONE, PREPOTENT THE GUY WHO ATTENDS AND THAT, I AM THE ONE WHO SENT THE PACKAGES, IF SOMEONE KNOWS ANOTHER AIRLINE THAT FLIES FROM TUXTLA TO QUERETARO THANK THEM VERY MUCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario desde su página y en el local es de 9 a 7 de Lunes a Viernes pero solo atienden de 9 a 6, meramente para que lo tomen en cuenta. También sugiero siempre marquen para validar que su paquete ya esté en sitio pues es posible que este en traslado desde CDMX y en ocasiones hay que esperar
The hours from its page and in the premises are from 9 to 7 from Monday to Friday but they only attend from 9 to 6, merely for your consideration. I also suggest always check to validate that your package is already in place as it is possible that you are in transfer from CDMX and sometimes you have to wait
