La ejecutiva que me atendió, resolvió de inmediato un cambio en mis apellidos en un boleto que usaré próximamente. Por mucho, creo que la mejor opción es el servicio presencial. Después de esta amable experiencia, no volveré a mi perder mi tiempo a la espera de que alguien conteste mis llamadas. Recomiendo el servicio al cliente de esta oficina.
After visiting two offices that I assumed were still open, I finally located the Aeroméxico offices that are next to Mundo E. The executive who attended me immediately resolved a change in my last name on a ticket that I will use soon. . By far, I think the best option is the face-to-face service. After this kind experience, I will never waste my time waiting for someone to answer my calls. I highly recommend the customer service of this office.
