The lady checking us in at the counter must be racist, because she targeted us, but not anyone else in line, to check, and therefore pay, for what was going to be carry ons. It felt like she was making up new "rules" while we were standing there. Meanwhile, other travelers had larger, heavier bags that they were allowed to carry on. They're just looking for ways to take advantage of tourists. I will avoid traveling with Aeromexico from now on.

Last plane was super nice but at the Tijuana it's bad services I love the one when we back from Oaxaca to Mexico df and Tijuana it's was big plane with tv on I'm super happy thanks u guys were nice person's

BEATRIZ RUIZ , Terrible costumer service. I never had this experience with them. I went to the counter to request my connection flight boarding pass because for some reason the system didn’t provide me one, the lady on the counter Beatriz Ruiz was so rude , she made me weight everything I have on me Including my purse, and scarf, to overcharge me another checked bag , so I request a refund for the bag that I paid as a carryon that she didn’t let me took as a carry on; she told me to call to the customer service, I call costumer service and nobody can help me , they just confirm she did make a mistake. Since when my personal item has to be weight in with my check bag? And of course for a refund I have to send a email that would take up To 20 days to respond and another 15 days to process a refund.

Beatriz Ruiz, the agent at the check-in counter, charged us for an extra bag which was completely unnecessary. She made us weigh all of our personal items and said that one of our carry-ons HAD to be checked in. She charged us for the checked bag AND didn’t refund us for the carry-on fee that we paid originally on the reservation. We simply went to the check-in counter to confirm our seats for one of our connecting flights and this occurred. The second thing is since the first flight was delayed, we asked what the procedure was if we miss our connecting flight. With attitude, she basically said that we had to figure it out on our own. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced with an airline and as someone who travels frequently, this has never occurred.
