They do not respond in the call center and you cannot reschedule your flight and they do not return the $ of the tickets, it is a fraud about the flexibility policies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un asiento junto a los baños y toda la gente azota las puertas es horrible todo el viaje la gente nunca paro de usarlos y de azotar las puertas o dejarlas abiertas sería bueno poner un letrero de no azotar las puertas y cerrar las puertas gracias
They gave me a seat next to the bathrooms and all the people slam the doors it's horrible the whole trip people never stop using them and slamming the doors or leaving them open it would be good to put a sign not to slam the doors and close the doors thanks
