Buena atención, amabilidad y seguridad. Lo malo es que están a un ladito, los prepotentes chairos de la guardia nacional, como siempre haciendo faena del poder entre otras mammmmm.

Me gustó mucho, pero en serio tienen que hacer algo con los retrasos de 4 vuelos, 3 salieron retrasados.

Pésima atención, muy grosera la que atendió.

Hate this airline! They’ve stolen twice to my family on our last two trips! I hardly recommend not to fly with this airline as you can not trust it’s employees!

Reached the checkin place 2 hrs before and was waiting for the direct checkin with luggage. Due to the ever extending long queue I was not allowed to board the flight telling the flight was overbooked and no more boarding even before 1 hr of departure. Worst airlines customer service telling me to pay additional fee for next available flights and because of this , I wasn't able to attend my work/meetings. Even then I couldn't get a ticket same day from ur airlines and I went for a change of airlines to board an immediate flight. Please don't cheat ur valuable customers . Either credit back the money or provide me with proper compensation. Else I'm planning to dispute this with my credit card company and file a complaint against this cheap behaviour by airlines. Definitely I'll not recommend Aeromexico to my friends and will make sure you'll not get any more customers. I'll go online and make maximum negative comments and ratings for this kind of treatment.

Not too exciting ? no water, no food, no snacks .you can't understand the airline steward. English is bad.bye Alaska airline is better
