★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue un viaje de Guadalajara/Acapulco, con escala en CDMX. La espera fue corta, y rápido, y doy gracias públicamente a una de las sobrecargo que gentilmente, me proporcionó una frazada, para mi esposa ya de regreso de Acapulco, sintió mucho frío ya abordo del avión.
Pero gracias a ella mi esposa ya no pasó más frío, y es que veníamos con el cuerpo y piel calientes de las arenas Acapulqueñas.
It was a trip from Guadalajara / Acapulco, with a stopover in CDMX. The wait was short, and fast, and I publicly thank one of the flight attendants who kindly provided me with a blanket. For my wife, back from Acapulco, she felt very cold on board the plane.
But thanks to her, my wife didn't get any colder anymore, and we came with warm bodies and skin from the Acapulco sands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad creía que era una de las empresa más seria y resultó que tienen un servicio, pésimo. Se manejan con gente incompetente. Se pierden los vuelos por culpa de ustedes y así de fácil le dicen a uno que no se puede hacer nada ni reembolsos, se paga el vuelo de ida y vuelta y no pudieron volar de ida y así de fácil dicen que se pierde también el de regreso a eso se llama vilmente ROBAR a todas las personas que les hacen eso. Hace falta que demandamos y presentemos ante PROFECO todas las inconformidades, para que no siga sucediendo lo mismo
The truth was I thought it was one of the most serious companies and it turned out that they have a terrible service. They deal with incompetent people. Flights are lost because of you and that easy they tell you that you can not do anything or refunds, you pay for the round trip flight and they could not fly out and that easy they say that you also lose the one from back to that is vilely called STEALING from all the people who do that to them. It is necessary that we demand and present before PROFECO all the disagreements, so that the same thing does not continue to happen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached the checkin place 2 hrs before and was waiting for the direct checkin with luggage. Due to the ever extending long queue I was not allowed to board the flight telling the flight was overbooked and no more boarding even before 1 hr of departure. Worst airlines customer service telling me to pay additional fee for next available flights and because of this , I wasn't able to attend my work/meetings. Even then I couldn't get a ticket same day from ur airlines and I went for a change of airlines to board an immediate flight. Please don't cheat ur valuable customers . Either credit back the money or provide me with proper compensation. Else I'm planning to dispute this with my credit card company and file a complaint against this cheap behaviour by airlines. Definitely I'll not recommend Aeromexico to my friends and will make sure you'll not get any more customers. I'll go online and make maximum negative comments and ratings for this kind of treatment.
