★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato de ser muy objetivo con las reseñas que escribo, pero simplemente no puedo con la atención que el personal de la aerolínea me diò al querer cambiar la fecha de mi vuelo a Argentina planeado para finales de enero 2021.
El país destino está cerrado al turismo hasta el segundo trimestre de 2021 segùn su pàgina oficial, el personal que me atendió me dijo que si quisiera cambiar mi vuelo tendría que pagar una suma mayor de dinero a la que pagué en su momento y/o esperar a que oficialmente cancelen el vuelo (lo cual en sus palabras puede ser días antes de que el vuelo ocurra) lo cual me parece totalmente absurdo ya que hacer un viaje internacional conlleva planificar muchos aspectos como hoteles y tours por ejemplo.
Al mencionar lo anterior, me mencionó que si no estaba de acuerdo con lo que me estaba mencionando pues podía marcar a atención a clientes lo cual tampoco es una opcion ya que he estado hasta 3 horas en línea sin que nadie responda e incluso te remite a las oficinas de atención físicas como esta.
Por último, después de insistir mucho en una solución el mismo "asesor" me mencionó que el no me iba a poder solucionar nada sin tener que cobrarme por que a eso se dedican.
Decepcionante que traten así a sus clientes, espero tengan mejor "suerte" que yo al tratar de resolver alguna incidencia con sus vuelos.
 I try to be very objective with the reviews I write, but I simply cannot with the attention that the airline staff gave me when wanting to change the date of my flight to Argentina planned for the end of January 2021.
The destination country is closed to tourism until the second quarter of 2021 according to its official page, the staff who attended me told me that if I wanted to change my flight I would have to pay a greater sum of money than what I paid at the time and / or wait to officially cancel the flight (which in his words may be days before the flight occurs) which seems totally absurd to me since doing an international trip involves planning many aspects such as hotels and tours for example.
When mentioning the above, he mentioned that if he did not agree with what he was mentioning, then he could dial customer service which is not an option either since I have been up to 3 hours online without anyone answering and even referring you to physical care offices like this one.
Finally, after insisting a lot on a solution, the same "advisor" mentioned to me that he was not going to be able to solve anything without having to charge me for what they do.
Disappointing that they treat their customers like that, I hope they have better "luck" than me when trying to resolve any incident with their flights.
