La aerolinea mas grande de mexico. Tiene buenas salas de espera para miembros Premier. Vuelos s una gran variedad de destinos solo que pocos horarios al dia. El precio está por arriba de el resto de las aerolineas pero sus aviones son mas comodos y tienen un pequeño snack. Buena experiencia

Para mi es de lo mejor en México por las frecuencias de los vuelos, la atención, las conexiones y se guardan las normas de sanidad, costo beneficio

Calidad y precio no están peleados el aerolínea número uno en México sin duda son ellas servicio es uno de sus valores más importantes que siempre está presente lo demuestran en cada momento los pasajeros son lo primero tienen voy a ir a la flotilla de aviones te hacen sentir cómodo y seguro al abordar cada uno de ellos el personal a cargo.

Está es mi aerolínea favorita. Nunca he tenido queja de su servicio. Aaron ser ostentosa la clase turista tiene lo indispensable para viajar e incluye lo necesario para equipaje.

Horrible customer service, they don't get actualized on the CDC guidelines for travel and made one of us get a PCR negative test making us almost lose the flight and loose the connection due require all of us, including small childs to do a PCR negative test in Mexico City even when we are all already in compliance with the CDC guidelines.

Worst Aeromexico employee! She ensures to be rude to the companies customers, ridiculing them and not allowing them on to our flight by lying to us that we needed a PCR test when we had an antigen test. The website clearly says antigen test would clear us for our flight even the testing site people felt bad for us that we didn’t make our flight and did the research for us proving that’s all we needed. But no she lied so we wouldn’t fly with her, disgusting! I reached out to their online customer service and the company offered to refund us in 12 months, but what’s worse is we could’ve made our flight and she wouldn’t let us on when we had necessary documents. We had layover hotel reservations and lost money on that on top of last minute booking a flight with Copa Airline instead. Don’t use this airline, they represent employees who disrespect customers and cause them pain and stress. Pitiful employee.
